Terms of service

Paindex is run by RIDVANULLAH ARSLAN, a sole proprietorship based in Türkiye (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@paindex.io.

Paindex is an index of business problems found in newspapers and magazines. Each card shows who has the problem, short quotes with publication, date and page, a scorecard and a verdict. Without a plan you can search the archive, see every card's title, verdict and evidence counts, and read 2 full cards each week.

• You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address, or with Google where it is offered. Keep that email account secure: anyone who can open it can sign in as you.
• An account is for one person. Do not share it, or your plan, with others.
• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.

• Premium is billed monthly; Pro and Ultimate are billed yearly. Prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax or VAT may be added depending on where you are.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment, issues invoices, handles taxes and answers billing questions, under its own buyer terms.
• Your receipt and card statement show SoruLab, the name of the Paddle account Paindex sells through.
• Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price in effect then, until you cancel. If a price changes, we tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page (Manage subscription). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then ends. Cancelling does not give a refund.
• If a payment fails, Paddle tries again; the plan may end if the payment does not go through.

Premium shows part of each card: the problem, who has it and who pays first, the evidence, source quotes, the scorecard and the assumptions. In each billing period you can open 10 cards, and a card you have opened stays open while your plan lasts. Golden Eggs are not part of Premium, and new cards open on Premium four weeks after they are added. Pro and Ultimate open every card in full.

• Ultimate includes everything in Pro and, for one idea you pick: a detailed roadmap and recommendations written with Claude Fable 5.1; the standard base of that product, built and handed over as a ready package with SEO and GEO foundations; and $20 of AI usage credit inside Paindex.
• The roadmap and the build start when you choose your idea and ask us to begin. Before we start, we confirm what the standard package covers and when to expect it. The package is a fixed starting point, not open-ended or ongoing development, hosting or support.
• We hand the build over to accounts you control. After handover you can use, change and continue it in any tool you like. Third-party services and open-source components in it keep their own terms and licences.
• The usage credit can be used only for AI features inside Paindex, while your Ultimate plan is active. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded.

• Paindex and its cards are for your own research and decisions. You may not copy the archive in bulk, scrape or download it automatically, resell or republish cards, or make them available to people without their own plan.
• Quotes are short excerpts with publication, date and page. The articles belong to their publishers; we do not reproduce them in full.

Scores, verdicts and roadmaps are our commercial judgement, based on what the sources say. They are not financial, legal, investment or tax advice, and they are not proof that anyone will pay. The decisions you make are yours, and we do not guarantee any business result.

We keep improving Paindex and may add, change or remove features and content. We aim to keep the site available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.

• You can close your account at any time by writing to support@paindex.io.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing it or scraping the archive. If the breach is serious, the plan ends without a refund.

• As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, revenue or opportunities, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for intent or gross negligence, or the rights you have as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you can also use the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts the law gives you, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. The new version appears here with its date, and if a change matters for paid members, we email them before it applies to their next billing period.
