Refund policy

Paying opens the archive straight away, and what you have read cannot be returned.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. Cancelling does not refund the current period.

The roadmap and the build start when you ask us to begin. Once the work has started, it is not refundable.

If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same plan, write to support@paindex.io and we will have it corrected.

• Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle's refund policy and buyer terms apply to every purchase, and Paddle may refund in the cases it covers. Receipts and card statements show SoruLab. You can look up an order and contact Paddle at paddle.net.
• Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
• Consumers in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland and the UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal for some online purchases. For digital content supplied straight away, that right ends once you ask for access to start immediately and confirm that you understand you lose it; our checkout asks you to confirm both before you pay. If the law still gives you a right to withdraw, for example from a service that has started but is not finished, you may have to pay for what you received up to then, and Paddle handles the request under its policy.
• For consumers in Türkiye, the Distance Contracts Regulation does not give a right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form, for intangible goods delivered instantly, or for services that start with your approval before the withdrawal period ends.
